Notice 6: Appointment of the Registrar of the Network

The Ministry of the Velocity Interoperability Network gives notice that it has appointed a Registrar of the Network with effect from 6 September 2026. The Registrar keeps the Official Register on behalf of the Ministry, receives instruments deposited for entry, examines them as to form and makes entries in accordance with the Rules of the Register made by Notice 5.

The Registrar may decline to enter an instrument that is not in the form required by the Rules, that is not made by a body with authority to make it, or that is not signed and dated. A refusal is notified to the depositing body with reasons, and the depositing body may refer the refusal to the Ministry, whose decision is final.

The Registrar does not examine the substance of an instrument and does not advise on its effect. Questions about the meaning or effect of a notice are for the body that made it.
