Notice 4: Establishment of the Departments of the Network

The Ministry of the Velocity Interoperability Network gives notice that the departments of the Network were established with effect from 6 September 2026, each responsible for the matters allotted to it by the Ministry. The departments include the Defence Department, the Immigration Department, the Treasury Department, the Justice Department, the Interior Department, the Health Department, the Education Department, the Transport Department, the Communications Department and the Environment Department.

Each department, and each office of the Network established alongside the departments, publishes its responsibilities, its press releases and its guidance on its own official website in the gov.vin domain. A department or office may make notices for entry in the Register within the scope of its responsibilities, and is bound by the Rules of the Register when it does so.

The Ministry itself was established on the same date and is the principal body responsible for the external relations of the Network and for coordination between its member organisations. The full list of the departments and offices of the Network, with the responsibilities allotted to each, will be entered by further notice once their founding instruments have been deposited with the Register; any change in the responsibilities of a department or office will likewise be recorded by further notice.
