Notice 1: Establishment of the Official Register

The Official Register of the Velocity Interoperability Network is established with effect from 6 September 2026. The Register is the authoritative record of the notices, decisions and adopted standards versions of the Network and of its member organisations acting in that capacity.

A notice, decision or standards version has effect in the Network from the date it is entered in the Register, unless the notice itself provides for a later date. Where a document published elsewhere differs from the entry in the Register, the entry in the Register prevails.

The Register is maintained by the Ministry of the Velocity Interoperability Network and is published at register.gov.vin. Entries are numbered in the order in which they are made and are not amended after entry; a correction is made by a further notice.
